Offers Flexible Service Contracts Designed To Meet Your Needs |

FLEXIBILITY |
Service contracts are
available in blocks of 10 hours, prepaid for future service work. During
the active service contract, all dispatch fees will be waived, and
telephone support will not be billed for calls of less than 30 minutes
duration. We understand that all businesses are unique, and yours may
require tailored service. K2 Network Services can specially design a
service plan that fits your exact needs.

RESPONSE |
Service
contract members will be guaranteed a 4 hour response to service calls.
All other customer can be assured that if we are unable to attend on the
same day the service is requested, it will be attended to the following
morning. K2 Network Services are available 24 hours for emergencies. After
hours and weekend scheduling is also available.

SUPPORT |
Several levels of support
are available: on-site support, telephone support and email support.

DOCUMENTATION |
All work performed will be
accurately documented on Service Reports, with a copy left on site for
your records. All invoices will contain detailed itemization of costs and
expenses to assist with your record keeping.
